I am a seeker, mover, maker and mother. I began a consistent movement practice with a teacher at a small local studio in 2014. Eventually, I moved my practice to my home and found that what began as a practice for the body quickly grew to include my mind and spirit. My personal discovery of meditation and the concept that each breath offers a fresh start has been life-changing for me. After spending over ten years in a corporate setting, in 2016 I followed my heart and intuition and completed my 200-hour teacher training at the Circle Yoga Shala In Jasper, AR in order to share the transformation I have experienced with others who are seeking to be more present “in the now”. In 2018 I completed an additional 300 hours of training.

I have taught in community spaces, private homes and corporate settings. In addition to teaching yoga, I am a mindset and accountability coach; offering tools and support to individuals and small businesses. My greatest work is as a mother to my girl and that is where I currently spend the majority of my time.
