As our reality shifted with the pandemic in 2020, it was important to me that my students have access to a familiar practice even though we could no longer gather. I started this offering with recordings of myself teaching in 2017 from my iPhone. This means that there may be times I am hard to hear, the recording may start a little late or end awkwardly, you will hear my students and I interacting. Also, these classes are audio only. You will be fine! I have been taught to speak action, and so it is not necessary for you to SEE me. Your brain may have a hard time with that. It's okay, that's yoga too. Just do your best and assume that you are nailing it :) I didn't take the time to listen to all of these when I posted them, so if one of them cuts off early or has some loud unexpected noise, please feel free to let me know!

All classes are beginner friendly. A mat is great, but not necessary. Other nice to haves: block, towel/blanket.
